• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Your account has been inactive beyond the defined period (typically 12 months).
• You have been enrolled in the self-exclusion programme.
• A directive has been received from the relevant authorities.

Jambitoto provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jambitoto shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.
